Fall is here, it's officially stout season. Bone Up brought in Bonetown Burgers and Brato to cook a veggie chili and meat chili and brewed a stout to pair.
The veggie chilis were pretty lopsided, Bonetown made the better and more creative chili with white bean and fried avocado. Both meat chili were delicious, but the Brato was out of this world in the creative and tasty factor with Nashville hot pork belly. Plus the Bone Up beer hot damn. A session milk stout with spicy chilis. Loved it
